Roommate needed in Little Rock, Arkansas

I'm looking for a roommate. No children or pets please. I'm in my forties, so I would prefer a roommate at least like 30 to 50 years old. The room is furnished with a full sized bed and one end table. Smoking is allowed as long as you are responsible with it. References are a must.
I live in a 3 bedroom mobile home. I Live 5 miles outside Little Rock City Limits. So out in the country a little bit. 450$ a month includes utilities. By utilities I mean water electricity gas and trash service. I have a washer and dryer you can have access to. You can use the kitchen to cook your meals, but please clean up after yourself. You have to buy your own food of course. You also
will have a bathroom to yourself. We also have a 15 by 30 froot swimming pool that is open during the summer.
